Free with a $200 purchase.  For purchases less than $200, we will share the cost with you, by charging a minimal $15 shipping fee.

Once your order has been placed, it will ship within 1-3 business days.

Any changes will be emailed to your registered address. Delay of processing can occur due to out-of-stock or address verification.

International customers (outside of USA) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. 

If you use a PO Box or live in a rural area, please select standard shipping.

Once an order has been processed, changes cannot be made to an order. We are not held responsible for incorrect address input at time of purchase. 

We DO deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, but delivery times can take up to 45 business days.

We do all we can do to get what we love to your doorstep. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, US Holidays, and other events out of our control. 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES 

Uh oh. Something wrong with what you ordered. No worries. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase!  Just send us an within 30 days of purchase to hello@eavolu.com and we can process the return or an exchange for you. A few things to remember:

Please reach out to us and we will send you a return authorization (RA) number. We do not cover return shipping costs or provide return labels. After we receive your item in good condition, please allow 5-10 business days for your account to be accredited. All shipping costs are nonrefundable. Items deemed unacceptable by our Returns Department will be returned and ineligible for the requested refund or exchange. 

Please email us directly at hello@eavolu.com and we will send you a unique RA (Return Authorization) number with specific instructions. Please remember, we are not held responsible for parcels lost in transit or tracked as delivered. Returns or exchanges with no RA number will not be processed.

Exchanges can only be processed for items of the same value. Only existing discount codes can be applied to exchanged items of same value or less.

FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE INELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
