At eavolu®, our customers are important to us, and we are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING for most retail orders made directly through our website. Here are the details of our shipping policies:

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

  • 2 or 3 Day, Next Day Air
  • For Expedited Shipping or signature confirmation, please email hello@eavolu.com

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We offer international shipping through UPS, DHL, and FedEx.
  • Enjoy free international shipping with a $200 purchase.
  • For purchases less than $200, we share the cost with you by charging a minimal $25 shipping fee.

EXCEPTIONS

  • Free shipping on all US Domestic orders.
  • If signature confirmation is needed, please email us (additional fee may apply).

Shipping Processing Time

Once your order has been placed, it will typically ship within 1-3 business days. Any changes to your order will be communicated via email to your registered address. Delays may occur due to items being out-of-stock or address verification.

International Customers

International customers (outside of the USA) are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes charged by their country's authorities. If you use a PO Box or live in a rural area, please select standard shipping.

Address and Delivery Information

Please double-check your shipping address at the time of purchase as we are not responsible for incorrect address input. Once an order has been processed, changes cannot be made.

Delivery to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

We do deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, but please note that delivery times can take up to 45 business days.

Unforeseen Delays

While we do our utmost to ensure timely delivery, please understand that we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, US Holidays, or other events beyond our control.

Returns + Exchanges

If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase at hello@eavolu.com. We are here to assist you with returns or exchanges. Here are some important details:

  • Please contact us to receive a return authorization (RA) number.
  • Return shipping costs and labels are not provided by eavolu®.
  • Once we receive your item in good condition, please allow 5-10 business days for your account to be credited.
  • Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
  • Items deemed unacceptable by our Returns Department will be returned and ineligible for the requested refund or exchange.
  • Exchanges can only be processed for items of the same value.
  • Only existing discount codes can be applied to exchanged items of the same value or less.
  • FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE INELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or something you didn't order, please contact us at hello@eavolu.com, and we will promptly address the issue for you. We appreciate your understanding and will ensure your satisfaction with your eavolu® purchase.
